Founder & Chief Executive OfficerAvram brings ten years in product management and banking, with a track record of building early-stage startups into mature companies. He came up through SmartBiz Loans, the fintech platform that became a regulated bank, where he helped facilitate over $9 billion in lending and process millions of loan requests for SBA and conventional commercial loans. Most recently, he helped a Tampa Bay-area bank stand up its first loan origination system and build the strategy to make it pay off.
John Macaluso
Key Advisor & Board MemberJohn brings more than forty years of leadership in information technology, advising everyone from early startups to global financial institutions on IT strategy, business planning, solution design, operational leadership, and technology transformation. He served as Chief Technology Officer for large-bank solutions at Fiserv and went on to lead large-bank strategy initiatives there. Most recently, he was CTO at a growing Tampa Bay-area bank.
